Common questions.

A percentage of gross revenue — between 10% and 20%+ GST depending on the property and service scope. One time $1000 + GST setup fee, no lock-in charges.

We ask for a 90-day initial period so we can complete onboarding, run a full pricing cycle, and give you meaningful performance data. After that, 30 days' notice on either side.

Yes. Owner stays are blocked in the calendar at no charge. We ask for reasonable notice — 7 days minimum — so we can manage cleaning and guest transitions around your dates.

All bookings are covered by Airbnb's AirCover host protection. For anything outside that scope, we carry supplementary liability insurance and handle all claims on your behalf.

All guests book through Airbnb's verified platform — identity checks, booking history, and review scores are assessed before acceptance. We apply additional screening for longer stays and high-value properties.

We currently service Melbourne's CBD and the surrounding inner suburbs. We're expanding. If your property sits outside these areas, get in touch and we'll confirm our timeline.
